2010 QUEEN’S BIRTHDAY HONOURS LIST RAYMOND TODD OAM On the occasion of the birthday in 2010 of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, the Governor General of Australia, Her Excellency Quentin Bryce has conferred upon Raymond Todd the award of the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in the General Division for services to philately Ray Todd FIP Service award At the FIP Congress in Lisbon October 2010, Mr Ray Todd concluded his 8 year term as Vice-President of the FIP Board. Ray Todd Joined the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists on March 2011 It is with sadness to report the passing of Janette Weir (partner in Abilene Stamps). Janette died after a short illness on 24th March. Janette was an active member of most Clubs and Socities in WA. She will be sadly missed.	2011 Hasluck winner
