David Wood
David Wood's contribution to philately has revolved around the development of the hobby in the Rockingham area and, more generally, at the State level.
He was the founding Vice-President of the Philatelic Society of Rockingham and Kwinana Districts in 1986 and subsequently became President. For the past five years he has been the Public Relations Officer and the Editor of the Society's quarterly journal the 'SHIP LETTER'.
David has been broadcasting weekly to the Rockingham area on SOUND FM for the past four years.

At the State level he has been an Executive Member of the W.A. Philatelic Council for several years and currently holds the position of Country Club Circuit Book Secretary. His continuing support at the Council's information table during Stamp Fairs and Exhibitions has been exceptional.
